Is this your moment?

A good fit starts with honesty.

Who this is for

  • Gay men 50 and over who feel an old chapter changing and are asking, “What now?”
  • Men seeking renewed meaning, self-understanding, and direction.
  • Men willing to examine the roles and expectations that shaped them.
  • Men who can make space for weekly private conversations and reflection.
  • Men open to choosing goals that matter to them.

Who this is not for

  • Someone who wants a coach to decide how he should live.
  • Someone seeking a guaranteed life outcome or instant reinvention.
  • Someone looking for a group cohort or a prerecorded course.
  • Someone seeking therapy or treatment through this coaching program.
  • Someone who cannot make room for the conversations and reflection right now.

Your next chapter can include chosen solitude, partnership, friendship, work, or something entirely your own. You do not need to fit a particular picture of gay life.

The Audit stands alone. There is no pressure to enroll in the program.

Kayne Young · Inner Path Coaching

Your guide · Kayne Young

I walked the hard road first.

I’m Kayne Young, founder of Inner Path Coaching. I help people navigate major personal and professional transitions through practical strategy, philosophical inquiry, and inner transformation.

My approach, The Inner Way, draws from Buddhist mindfulness, Taoist principles, and Stoic ethics, informed by modern psychology. My life as an artist and hospice volunteer has also shaped how I listen for meaning and meet people with presence.

Before coaching, I served in the Air Force and built a background in leadership, communication, project management, and professional development. That experience brings practical structure to the reflective work we do together.

I bring thoughtful questions, steady support, and respect for the life you have already lived. You bring your own truth, and the freedom to choose what comes next.

Your direction

A personal Compass

Renewed self-understanding and one to three meaningful goals, shaped around your life and timing.

What happens in the free call?

The free 30-minute call is a chance to ask questions and explore which coaching option fits. It is separate from the paid What Now? Audit.

What happens in the What Now? Audit?

The $99 What Now? Audit is a focused private 45-minute conversation with Kayne. We clarify what is shifting, identify the deeper question, and choose a useful next step. The Audit stands alone.

Can I book a single coaching session?

Yes. A private one-to-one coaching session is one hour and costs $200. The free 30-minute call is a place to discuss fit and scheduling.

What does the program include?

The What Now? Program includes eight weekly private one-to-one coaching sessions with Kayne. The investment is $3,000. It is offered after the Audit only when there is a clear fit.

What can I expect to take away?

The intended outcome is renewed self-understanding, a personal What Now? Compass, and one to three meaningful goals. The goals belong to your life and timing; there is no prescribed 90-day result.

Is there reflection between sessions?

Yes. Sessions 1 through 7 include reflection, thinking, and reevaluation. Session 8 is graduation, integration, and forward-looking closure, with no homework.

Do I have to be retired, or already know my goals?

Neither is required. A birthday, career change, relationship change, coming out, relocation, loss, recovery, or a successful life that feels less meaningful can bring the question into focus. You can arrive without an answer.

Can I join if I am under 50?

OUT50+ is created for gay men 50 and over. Gay men 35+ are welcome when the questions and approach resonate with them.

Is this therapy or a group program?

This is private one-to-one coaching focused on reflection, identity, meaning, choices, and goals. It does not replace mental-health treatment. There are no group cohorts.

You do not need the whole answer.
Only a place to begin.

The Audit is $99 for 45 minutes. The free introductory call is 30 minutes; a separate one-hour coaching session is $200.
